A fix is finished when it passes its check, not when I say it's done. The checks go into your written scope before any work starts.
Enquiry form
Submissions not arriving, landing in spam, or the visitor gets no confirmation.
Check: 3 test enquiries, sent from a phone and a desktop, reach your inbox within 5 minutes, and the sender sees a confirmation.
Booking flow
Booking link broken, hard to find, or bookings not reaching your calendar.
Check: a test booking completes on a phone and a desktop, appears in your calendar, and both you and the customer get a confirmation.
Call, email & WhatsApp buttons
Tapping your number or email does nothing, or goes to the wrong place.
Check: every phone, email and WhatsApp link on the site opens the right app with the right details, tested on a phone and a desktop.
Mobile layout (one page)
Text overlapping, sideways scrolling, or buttons you can't see on a phone.
Check: no sideways scrolling, overlapping text or hidden buttons at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
Clear next step on your homepage
Visitors can't see how to contact or book you.
Check: one clear button, visible without scrolling on a phone and a desktop, that goes to a working form or booking page.
Enquiry tracking
You can't tell how many enquiries your website actually brings in.
Check: a test enquiry shows up as a conversion in your Google Analytics within 24 hours.
Slow page (one page)
A key page takes too long to load, usually because of oversized images.
Check: images resized and compressed, and the Google PageSpeed mobile score goes up. You get the before and after reports.
Broken links & missing pages
Menu items or buttons that lead to error pages.
Check: a full crawl of the site finds no broken internal links.
Google Business Profile details
Wrong website or booking link, opening hours, phone number or main category.
Check: the corrections are submitted and showing on your live profile. Google can take a few days to approve edits.
Something similar that isn't listed? Include it in your request. If I can write a clear pass/fail check for it, it can go in the sprint.
From request to sign-off
Fit check
Send your website, what's broken and the platform it's built on. Within 2 working days I reply with a written scope, or an honest no and where I'd start instead.
Scope agreed
The scope lists each fix, its pass/fail check and the finish date. You approve it, pay the £695 and give me access. Nothing is added later without your OK.
Fixed and tested
Within 5 working days I make the fixes, run every check and send a one-page Fix Report: what was wrong, what I changed, the check results with screenshots.
Your sign-off
You have 5 working days to run the checks yourself. If anything fails, I put it right at no cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the Business Growth Strategy Workshop first?
No. The Workshop is for when you don't know what's holding your business back. The Fix Sprint is for when you already know what's broken and need it working again.
What counts as one fix?
One item from the fix list, on one website. Getting your contact form delivering to your inbox is one fix; setting up enquiry tracking in Google Analytics is another.
What if you find bigger problems while you're in there?
I list them in your Fix Report with a short note on each. I don't add work or cost without your written OK.
What if a fix doesn't pass its check?
I keep working on it at no extra cost. If I can't make it pass, I refund that fix's share of the fee: a third of £695 for each of the three.
Which website platforms do you work on?
Most common ones, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-coded sites. I confirm in the fit check whether I can work on yours before you pay anything.
