I didn't start in marketing. I started in a small town in Argentina, figuring things out for myself — how to change my environment when it wasn't working, how to choose my own direction when the expected path didn't fit, and eventually, how to build a career from zero in a country where I knew nobody.

I've worked across two continents, four industries, and every level of marketing — from designing social media posts for my uncle's business in Buenos Aires to leading marketing campaigns for a global tech company in London. Along the way, I learned something that changed how I think about growth: the best results don't come from the biggest budgets. They come from the clearest systems.

When COVID shut down my office three months into a new role, there was no budget and no team. So I found the tools, learned the platforms, and delivered results anyway. That instinct — build with what you have, not what you wish you had — is the foundation of everything I do at Marghella Marketing.

I started this business because I moved to Buckinghamshire and saw something I recognised: business owners who had built something genuinely good — through years of hard work, referrals, and reputation — but whose online presence didn't reflect any of it. I'd been that person. I knew the tools existed. And I knew most of them didn't need more complexity — they needed clarity, structure, and someone who actually cared about the outcome.
